All County Pest Control has been using GREEN practices since the beginning of our existence in 1963.

GREEN practices does not simply state no use of pesticides, GREEN practices utilizes what the Pest Control Industry refers to as IPM - Integrated Pest Management.

IPM is an environmentally sound approach that utilizes Biological, Mechanical and Chemical practices. All County has always taken pride in it's environmentally sound decisions of pest management techniques, product selection and education of it's clients. Together these practices utilize an IPM approach and take into consideration the Health, Comfort and Property of our clients and their families..

All County uses the latest products that go through extensive testing and registration with the EPA. Our main product of choice is TALSTAR-P, this is a synthetic pyrethroid, which encompasses all the components of the organic pesticide, PYRETHRIN, and at the same time it is able to with stand some of the elements that break some products down to fast making them unable to gain proper control, the end results is more applications of that product is needed increasing the risk of exposure to the client. Exposure risks are greatest during application and by limiting the number of applications we can limit the risk of exposure. Talstar-P has no petroleum distillates, this means no odor, no skin irritation, no phytotoxicity (will not harm lawns or plants) and no staining. Talstar-P has the broadest label available and is considered a multi use product. Talstar-P is approved for inside food handling establishments, indoors, outdoors, sub-soil termiticide, lawn applications and controls over 70 pests.

With the education process of our clients in regards to conducive conditions and the mechanical controls that can be taken to aid in the pest control process. We can limit the need for treatment to only active and prone areas. All County's focus is on the exterior of the home, pointing out conducive conditions and how they can be eleiminated. We will treat active insect areas as well as prone nesting sites. By concentrating on the exterior, there is almost no need for treatments to the interior living areas, keeping these products away from you and your family.
